已有六十年歷史的漢坊餅藝前身為凱凰林,是由老師傅李敏郎一手創立,老師傅出生於台中,
正是漢餅發源地,自十幾歲開始鑽研各式漢餅及西點等產品,曾任很多知名餐廳點心部主廚,
之後便創立凱凰林,當時無論西點,蛋糕,麵包,漢餅都一手包辦,最讓老師傅引以為傲的便是目前漢坊主要商品的鳳梨酥內餡和綠豆沙餡和幾十年下來的純熟手藝,因為老師傅用心實在及對品質和用料的堅持,總是能做出與眾不同的好產品,打造好口碑,中秋過年等節日店裡更是擠滿人潮,連日本客戶都遠從日本帶著凱凰林餅盒來台灣尋找這難忘的口味,直到一年前老師傅退休,第二代不希望如此美味就此失傳,因此接下老師傅打拼大半輩子的餅鋪,希望能將老師傅用心實在的好口味代代相傳,並發揚光大,讓更多人能吃到老師傅的好手藝及用心
